Pay in 3 instalments
What is Pay in 3 instalments?
Pay in 3 instalments is a credit product which lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later respectively. No interest or fees. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future. Debt collection agencies used as a last resort.
Am I eligible for Pay in 3 instalments?
To use Pay in 3 instalments you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay in 3 instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay in 3 instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
How do I use Pay in 3 instalments?
Simply add your chosen items to your shopping bag and check out as normal. At checkout, choose Pay in 3 instalments. Enter a few personal details and you'll know in seconds if you're approved. To complete the purchase, Klarna will send you a confirmation email with a schedule of future payments. Then sit back and enjoy your purchase.
How does Pay in 3 instalments work?
Your purchase will be split into 3 payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Moda in Pelle and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payment schedule in the Klarna app.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Moda in Pelle. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. You can always pay off your balance in full or make additional payments at any time via the Klarna app or by logging in at klarna.com/uk.
Have you received my payment?
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when it has been collected. You can monitor the status of any payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at klarna.com/uk.
Pay in 30 days
What is Pay in 30 days?
Pay in 30 days is a credit product which lets you pay any time within 30 days of your purchase being shipped, interest-free. Simply shop at Moda in Pelle, select Klarna's Pay in 30 days at the checkout, and receive your order before paying.
Am I eligible for Pay in 30 days?
To use Pay in 30 days you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay in 30 days is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay in 30 days, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
How do I pay with Pay in 30 days?
Klarna will send you a payment confirmation with details on how to pay when your order has been shipped. You can pay by debit or credit card in the Klarna app or by logging in at klarna.com/uk. You will also receive regular statements and reminders via email.
Will a credit search take place?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect your credit score. Any credit searches that Klarna performs will not be visible to any other parties other than Klarna and will not affect your credit rating.
Orders, refunds and returns
Has my order been accepted?
Please contact the Moda in Pelle customer service team at customerservices@modainpelle.com to confirm whether your order has been accepted.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
Once Moda in Pelle has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will usually be processed within 5-7 business days. Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method and will be shown in the Klarna app.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally used at checkout. Once Moda in Pelle has processed your refund, this will be reflected in your Klarna account and payment schedule.
I haven't received my order. What happens to my payments?
You have the right to pause payments whilst an issue with your order is being investigated. To pause your payments, open the Klarna app or log in at klarna.com/uk, find the order in question and select "Report a problem". Whilst the issue is being investigated, Klarna will pause your instalments and you won't be charged any late fees.
I have received a faulty item. How do I arrange a refund?
In the first instance, please contact the Moda in Pelle customer service team at customerservices@modainpelle.com. If you need to pause your Klarna payments whilst the issue is resolved, log the dispute in the Klarna app.
I have returned my order. How will I be refunded?
As soon as Moda in Pelle has received the return (full or partial) and registered it in their systems, your payment plan with Klarna will be updated automatically. If you have already made payments toward the returned items, Klarna will refund these to the debit or credit card used at checkout.
I have received an item that is not what I ordered. How do I return it?
Please contact the Moda in Pelle customer service team at customerservices@modainpelle.com so they can arrange a return or replacement. If you need to pause your Klarna payments whilst the issue is resolved, log the dispute in the Klarna app.
Payment issues
I haven't received an invoice.
You can always find your latest invoices and payment schedule in the Klarna app or by logging in at klarna.com/uk. Statements and reminders are also sent to the email address you used at checkout — please check your spam folder if you cannot find them.
Can I change my payment date?
Yes. With Pay in 30 days you can extend your payment due date by logging in to the Klarna app or at klarna.com/uk. With Pay in 3 instalments you can reschedule your next payment up to 14 days later, once per order, free of charge.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Klarna will always attempt to collect your payment on the scheduled due date. Should this fail, Klarna will try to collect the payment over the following days. If these attempts are unsuccessful, a statement of fees and a reminder with a new due date will be sent to you. Failure to pay after this may result in your debt being referred to a collection agency. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future.
